What are our fees for an appointment?
The first counselling appointment is free of charge. Following this appointment and the visit of a surveyor on your land, we will be able to study the feasibility of your construction project.
What are the costs included in our services, and those remaining at your expense?
Our services include travel expenses, computer equipment, reprography as well as professional insurance.
Depending on your project, certain costs remain your responsibility, such as the intervention of a surveyor, a geotechnical engineer or a technical study office (thermal and/or structure), or even administrative costs related to requests for planning permission.
