MARAVILLA

Located on Playa Bonita in Las Terrenas, Maravilla is the rehabilitation of a beachfront private house, transformed into a warm and open tropical retreat.

The intervention redefines the house through a renewed relationship between interior and exterior spaces, extending daily life toward the garden, the pool, and the ocean beyond. Thatched roofs, timber structures, natural textures, and shaded terraces shape a sequence of calm atmospheres, where light, vegetation, and coastal living become part of the architectural experience.
