YARA GATE is a mixed-use project conceived as a threshold between the city and the tropical forest. Organized around a central passage, the project combines ground-floor commercial spaces with upper-level residences, using green ceramic, timber screens and planted terraces to create a porous, shaded gateway toward the landscape.
