ALOHA

ALOHA is a contemporary tropical villa embedded into the hillside of Las Terrenas. Organized as a series of mineral terraces and horizontal concrete slabs, the house follows the natural slope while opening generously toward the ocean and the surrounding vegetation.

Designed as a calm retreat, the villa combines strong architectural geometry with a soft material palette of stone, concrete, wood, glass, and lush greenery. Its layered composition creates a sense of protection, openness, and immersion within the site, offering a contemporary interpretation of tropical living.
