LOMA C1

LOMA C1 is a contemporary tropical residence designed as a retreat for well-being and connection with nature. Defined by horizontal concrete slabs, stone walls, wooden filters and generous glazed openings, the house creates a refined balance between protection, openness and immersion in the surrounding landscape.

At the heart of the project, the spa is organized around a planted patio where light, shade, vegetation and natural ventilation shape an intimate atmosphere of calm and restoration. From the shaded living spaces to the pool terrace and interior garden, the architecture unfolds as a continuous experience between inside and outside, offering a serene interpretation of tropical living shaped by materiality, climate and light.
