LOMA C3

LOMA C3 is a contemporary tropical residence embedded into the hillside of Las Terrenas. Organized through horizontal concrete slabs, stone retaining walls, wooden filters, and generous openings, the house follows the natural topography while framing long views toward the ocean.

Drawing from classical influences through its sense of proportion, symmetry, and permanence, the project explores a harmonious relationship between architecture, climate, and landscape. Open living spaces, shaded terraces, deep overhangs, and natural materials create a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, offering a refined interpretation of tropical living shaped by light, texture, and atmosphere.
