e-TOPIA is a contemporary tropical residence designed around a fluid relationship between architecture, climate, and landscape. The ground floor is conceived as an open and shaded living space, where patios, vegetation, and a swimming pool extending beneath the upper volume dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior.
Elevated above this communal level, the bedrooms offer privacy, natural ventilation, and generous views over the surrounding tropical landscape. Through deep overhangs, open-air living spaces, and a clear separation between shared and intimate functions, the house proposes a refined and comfortable interpretation of tropical living.
